Terms of Service 🎀

Commission Guidelines:1. Payment Policy:
- Please refrain from making payment until I have accepted your commission.
- A reservation requires an 80% initial payment, ( For booking via email ) and full payment ensures you receive the pictures. Consider paying the full amount during booking to avoid additional fees later.- For commission orders through Vgen , BMC , Kofi , only the full amount must be paid for the booking.
 2. Credit and Usage:
- Credit the artist every time you use or post the image anywhere.
- Credit the artist as "Kyria Quinn Collins" or by the aliases KK_ria, Yev9eni, Meow Yev’s café, or any name agreed upon with the commissioner.- Do not falsely claim authorship of the artwork. Violation will result in a penalty
of 5 times the commission value and being blacklisted.
 3. Editing Artwork:
- Two free edits are allowed, including revisions up to the base coloring.
- Minor edits beyond this will incur an additional fee of $10 per edit, unless forgotten by the artist.4. Work Duration:
- Expect 1-25 days for Chibi scale (pending payment queue), and other scales vary based on character details.
- Normal queue time is over a month and coincides with Chibi scale availability.5. Reservation:
- Cancellation after payment incurs blacklisting ,forfeiture of the reserved slot
and no refunds will be issued.- If you make a reservation and subsequently cancel, we'll consider it as a frivolous booking, wasting our time. In such cases, we kindly request the forfeiture of all funds paid. We encourage you to carefully review our offerings and ensure your commitment before making a reservation.
 6. Refund:
- NO REFUND[ Upon submitting your work, it signifies your confirmation, acceptance, and agreement with the completed piece.  No refunds will be provided once the work is submitted. If you experience dissatisfaction, corrections can be made during the sketching process up to the painting stage.  However, if you choose not to make edits before submission, we do not have a policy to rectify completed work or issue refunds. ]
 7. Exclusions and Specialties:

- Artistic freedom is allowed with limitations on certain themes.

- You are not allowed to edit or resell the commission without my consent.**expand on “You're not permitted to edit and resell the commission without my consent.” If you wish to modify the image due to dissatisfaction, please seek my consent first. Unauthorized changes might undermine my confidence in my work. Reselling is allowed if transferring your OC or Adopt, but not beyond the original price. You can sell it for a lower price, but exceeding the original cost is not permitted. Additionally, refrain from altering my images and claiming you drew them yourself; violators will face a fine five times the amount stated in the Terms of Service.- No minting of my artwork as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is allowed. Strict prohibition for AI usage.
- You're not allowed to claim my art as your own even if it's a paid commission.
- No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product. Credits to me @KK_riaArtistic Rights:
- I retain rights to the artwork produced and am free to share it on my socials, use it in self-promotion, etc., unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.‼️Note:
